We realise that in probate research, the results of investigations must be presented in a manner that your clients will understand and that will reassure and satisfy their concerns. By preparing a family tree, we are able to show the relationship, and thus calculate the entitlement of family members, irrespective of the number of beneficiaries.

 

This, together with our interim and final report, is prepared in plain English and supported with fully documented evidence. We can also provide these calculations in a spreadsheet for you to use with your own software.

 

In addition, our partners are available to discuss the findings of our investigations and are prepared to give expert evidence at any formal hearing to determine heirship.
